Re: “Gazette Spoof Issue” April 1, 2010

To the editor:

The redesigned Gazette was a breath of fresh air. Journalism is all about balance [and] our society is obsessed with being politically correct. We also constantly worry if we are going to offend someone. Chances are there will always be a story, picture or whatever that may not cater to your ideals, lifestyle or likings. That’s life. So keep the hard news and continue to publish “infotainment,” because life is all about balance too.
