Western Strength is changing the way people think about strength training while creating an inclusive and democratized gym culture.

The Mustangs swim team are heading into championship season with some promising prospects for OUAs and CISs. Working past a devastating flu and respiratory virus, the team is making up lost time in the hopes of finishing third at CISs.

For most athletes, dreams of going pro means travelling south to the U.S. to compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and receive the best training possible.
