Western's senate is meeting today where it's expected President Amit Chakma will address the recent controversy surrounding his "double payment" last year. The meeting has been moved to Ivey's Room 1100 in anticipation of a large turnout of students, faculty and media. This will be the first time Chakma will speak publicly since the Sunshine List was released on Friday, Mar. 27.

Protests have been organized for the meeting and people are expected to start gathering at Ivey shortly after 1 p.m. before heading inside for the start of the meeting at 1:30 p.m.
