Western President Amit Chakma will face a vote of no confidence at today's special senate meeting. Also facing a vote of no confidence is the chair of the board of governors, Chirag Shah. The special meeting was called after controversy erupted over Chakma's doubled salary last year. Chakma has since said he will be returning the money, but he still faces a motion of no confidence brought forward by 22 senators. The meeting starts at 1:30 p.m. in Room 1100 at the Ivey School of Business.
